Renee Wilson Is an actress (Ray), singer, songwriter and filmmaker who was born and raised in New Orleans. Currently living in San Francisco, Wilson recently released her much anticipated debut album Voodoo Queen in March of 2010. Renee is proud to follow up with this poignant documentary Crepe Covered Sidewalks which marks her directorial debut as a filmmaker. |

Producer has produced and production supervised over 100 commercials and high-profile music videos. Her production experience has contributed to her success as a filmmaker. Tamika’s first narrative film Gift for the Living, of which she wrote and directed, won the 2005 Showtime Black Filmmaker Showcase Grand Prize. Tamika’s subsequent film, Sarang Song, won the 2006 Best Short Film Award at the San Francisco Black Film Festival, and also aired on the Showtime Cable Network and MTV Logo. In 2007, Steven Spielberg chose Tamika as 1 of 50 finalists, out of a record-setting 12,000 submissions from around the world, to compete in his series, On the Lot. As a finalist, Tamika garnered herself a First Look deal with DreamWorks. In 2008, here! Network acquired Tamika’s original series Gris-Gris Girls – a half-hour comedic series about five women juggling career and romance in New Orleans. A gifted filmmaker, Tamika is a tremendous talent and truly a triple threat.
